Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are delivered by our courier partner directly to your door.

Collection (if applicable)
Customers may choose to collect their order from our store once they receive a collection notification.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, and the size and weight of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Speciality Stationery cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you.
