In 2000, Ronel Stevens started this business from her garage and today we have expanded to include our own modern showroom in Hyslop Road, a dedicated warehouse in Greyling Street as well as an online ordering platform.

Our success is a testament to Ronel’s business model, built on a solid work ethic, a strong emphasis on customer service, and the unwavering support of our loyal customers and valued suppliers. Since our inception, we have grown exponentially, and our achievements have not gone unnoticed. In 2009, we were voted “Nedbank Small Business of the Year” at a function hosted by the Pietermaritzburg Chamber of Commerce, and in recent years, Ronel has been recognized as a top entrepreneur in the Businesswomen’s Association of South Africa’s “Regional Business Achiever Awards”.

Warehouse and Stock

We’ll get it if we haven’t already got it

At our company, we strive to make the process of ordering our extensive range of over 8,000 products as seamless and efficient as possible. With our warehouse in town and state-of-the-art Point-of-Sales system, our customers now have easy access to our complete inventory.

All orders are promptly processed, located within our warehouse, where they are packed by our dedicated team of trustworthy packers.

Should any item be temporarily out of stock, our team immediately places an order with our reliable suppliers. We follow up on these back-orders on a daily basis to ensure that our clients receive their desired products as soon as possible.

While some items may need to be ordered well in advance of the busy “Back-2-School” season, we make every effort to ensure that orders placed early are given priority and enjoy a speedy turnaround time.
