Refund & Returns Policy

At Speciality Stationery we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase provided they are:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after purchase may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Items that have been opened or used (such as paints, markers, glue, etc.)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or offer a refund if a replacement is not available.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please return it in its original condition and we will assist with selecting an alternative product.

Online Orders

For online purchases:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return.
